Talkspace: Chat Therapy - Available Now!
Talkspace is an online behavioral therapy platform that allows employees to communicate with a licensed therapist via text, audio, or video message on a smartphone or desktop computer. Employees and their household have access to Talkspace Chat Therapy for free through the EAP.
Talkspace is subject to the EAP benefit of up to 8 sessions per issue. 1 week of Talkspace Chat Therapy is equal to 1 EAP session.
How to access Talkspace?
- Go to www.resourcesforliving.com
- Username: pcsb
- Password: eap
- At the top of the page or using the menu icon, click on Services.
- Select Talkspace Online Therapy.
- Review the information and click on Sign Up for Talkspace.
- Click Get Started on the Talkspace website.
- Follow the directions to register.
