What's New?

On June 2, PCS rolled out a new on-line transparency tool which will assist employees who have our health insurance to find high-quality medical care at the best cost.  For a select number of procedures, members can earn CASH REWARDS$ for using a Fair Price Provider/Facility.  These procedures may change at the beginning of each calendar year after claims information and provider pricing is evaluated.    

Healthcare Bluebook is a separate program available to PCS employees and dependents enrolled in our group health insurance.   It is not a program offered through Humana.   

Flex Plan

Your BENEFlex program includes a FLEX Plan option (IRS Section 125 Cafeteria plan) that offers you beneficial tax advantages, enabling you to lower your annual tax liability and increase your take-home pay.  To change your benefit elections, you must submit an enrollment & change form along with supporting documentation to Risk Management within 31 days of the qualified change in status. Please contact us at 588-6197 with any questions.
Life Events/Changing Your Insurance:  Life changes. People get married, have babies, get divorced or change jobs and may need to change their benefit elections during the year. If you experience a life event, you may request a change in your elections within 31 days of the date of the life event.
