In order to maintain a smooth transition with the arrivals/departures at Spectrum Field, we have assigned your Graduate an arrival time and parking lot assignment to keep traffic to a minimum.

BLUE LOT - South Parking Lot of Spectrum Field, off Drew Street

RED LOT - Series of Red marked lots on the West Side of Spectrum, off of Old Coachman Rd.

Graduates and their guests are to wait in their cars until a representative from Spectrum field greets you, and escorts you and your guests into the stadium. Prior to leaving home, place a sheet of paper with the Graduates name, parking lot color, and Seminole High School on your dashboard. If you need ADA assistance, please contact Principal's Secretary, Barbara Farmer at farmerb@pcsb.org

    • Roll Call: The readers will be located adjacent to the stage on either side, and the graduate will hand them their name card just prior to walking across the stage.  The readers will behind plexiglass, and the graduates will slide their cards under the glass for them to read. To ensure proper pronunciation, readers may ask for assistance with the graduate’s name.

    • Walking Across the Stage: The Graduate will then proceed to the stage, and guests will move in front of the stage for pictures, filming and cheering. Graduates will walk across stage and stand next to a pedestal with a diploma cover and CHS Banners to pose for a picture.
    • Departure and Diploma Pick-up: The family will then rejoin their graduate, and will be escorted out of the stadium, and back to their cars. Graduates and their guests will then exit the parking lot and go to Clearwater High School (bus parking lot off of Hercules Avenue) to pick-up their diploma and other graduation items.

  • Installing Microsoft Teams on a Home Computer

There are multiple ways to access the TEAMS program so your child can work remotely on their Digital Lessons.

    • Access TEAMS via the PCSB Clever program. *For High School students, it is best to install the full version of TEAMS to their computer or other digital device. Having the full package allows the student to take advantage of all the tools, whereas logging in via Clever/FOCUS does not.
      • This link will allow you to Access Clever
      • Click on Log In with Active Directory
      • User name and password is your child’s r2.d2 user id and password
      • Once in Clever, locate the TEAMS icon and click to enter

Now, that the program is installed, what’s next?

Please review the Teams - Student Instructions for a basic understanding of the program.

To have a better understanding of Office 365 and the TEAMS program, please review the Parent Guide to Microsoft TEAMS

If technical help is needed during this time, -please call the PCSB Help Desk at 727-588-6060
