Gates open to families and friends of the graduates at 10:30 a.m. There is no reserved seating and there are no tickets needed to attend Northeast High School's Graduation Ceremony.

Graduation Pictures: Proofs of graduation photos will be sent to the parent email address listed in the school’s records. 2025 Northeast High School Spring Testing Calendar

Viking Families-

Please visit the link below to see the April/May 2025 Testing Calendar for students in grades 9 – 12. This calendar shows the dates on which important spring exams will be held, including the Florida Civic Literacy Exam (FCLE); FAST Reading PM3; BEST US History, Biology, Algebra 1, and Geometry; AICE Cambridge Exams; AP Exams; and Finals Exams. Teachers will review the specific dates, times, and locations of exams with their students. If you have any questions about testing, please reach out to your teacher.

Participation Guidelines for Extracurricular Events

To participate in extracurricular events, including but not limited to Prom, Homecoming, Grad Bash, field trips, and other school-sponsored activities, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Attendance: Students must have no more than 10 absences (excused or unexcused) during the semester in which the event is occurring.
- Academic Standing: Students must maintain a grade of "C" or higher in all classes at the time of the event.
These guidelines are in place to ensure that students prioritize both their academics and consistent attendance. We encourage all students to stay on track so they can enjoy these memorable experiences. Please speak with your administrator if you have any questions or concerns about your current eligibility status.

CAP AND GOWN FEES

Graduation fees ($125.00) are due by February 28, 2025. If fees are not paid by this deadline, the price will increase, and students risk not receiving their cap and gown in time for Senior Week and the Moving Up Ceremony.

Class of 2026 Senior Photo Sessions are now open. Remember that you are responsible for scheduling your senior photo session over the summer. The deadline for senior photos is September 1st. Read here for more information or see Ms. Langiotti in room 1-216 with any questions.

2025-2026 Schoolwide Picture Day will be held on August 28th. Student IDs and Focus profile pictures will be issued from picture day, so it is important that every 9-11 grade student be present and ready to be photographed on this day. Information concerning how to order photos will be updated at the beginning of the school year. Questions may be directed to langiottib@pcsb.org.

On Saturday, February 1st the NEHI Athletic Hall of Fame inducted nine new members: Patrick Barber (Basketball 1988), David Bowman (Football/ Basketball 1988), Eric Campbell (Baseball 1984), Ben Gainer (Football/ Basketball 1990), Larry Rudisill Jr. (Coach Cross Country/ Track 1999-2015), Elyse Snyder (Swimming/ Cross Country 2010), Mitchell Snyder (Swimming 2005), Russell Snyder (Swimming/ Cross Country/ Track 2007). Stay Connected with the Pinellas County Schools App

Pinellas County Schools is helping parents and students stay connected to their school with the Pinellas County Schools App. The app, developed by Focus, helps families access student information on their cellphones and mobile devices. Parents and students can still use the Focus website on desktop computers, but the app is designed to work better with mobile devices.

Parents and students receive real-time notifications of grades, attendance, upcoming assignments and test scores. App users are also able to view school district news, Facebook posts and school messages. Links to the student calendar, school menus, school bell times, family engagement opportunities and transportation info are also available.

The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Clinic:

Dear Northeast High School Families,

Northeast High School is part of a special program that offers additional healthcare services to students on-site in the school clinic, including treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, lab tests, chronic disease management, and preventive care such as physicals and immunizations - all at NO COST to you.

For your child to receive this enhanced care from the medical provider on campus, you MUST submit the attached paperwork to the clinic. You can send the paperwork with your student to hand in at the front office, OR, or you can scan and send the packet directly to the school/clinic nurse: Angel Brown, Clinic and School Nurse, PCS email: PCS.BROWNAN@pcsb.org
