Mildred Helms Elementary has earned the distinction of being named an International Baccalaureate authorized World IB School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP). The recognition was given by the International Baccalaureate Organizations. As an IB World School offering the PYP, Mildred Helms is part of a global community of schools committed to developing knowledgeable, caring young people who will be ready to negotiate their futures successfully and make contributions resulting in a more harmonious and peaceful world.

Gates open at 8:35am
Breakfast is served 8:35am - 8:55am

Students not eating breakfast should arrive between 8:45am and 8:55am.
First bell rings at 8:50am - students should be in class
Tardy bell rings at 9:00am
