• Welcome to The Hub of Inquiry!

The Hub of Inquiry/Media Center is the busy heart of our school. Students produce their own morning news program with high-tech equipment including a Tricaster and teleprompter. Daily lessons on computers, tablets and even virtual reality are integrated into the curriculum with emphasis on reading and research. The books and technology are humming in the media center every day! During this time, while we are mostly digital, we have some virtual options to keep the Media Center an integral part of out learning journey. Please use the resources on Clever to continue reading. SORA and MackinVia feature new and engaging reads for kids. Our virtual makerspace allows students to continue expoloration in areas that are engaging and educational. Students join the battle by just reading the books!  In January, there will be a quiz with two questions from each book.  The top 20 scorers will be on our team!  We meet and practice at lunch and possibly after school as well.

Three teams are formed and they compete at our school battle in late January.  The winning team will represent our school in the district-wide battle in February.  More information can be found in Clever under Hub of Inquiry.
