    Graduation Information

    Seniors can upload their photo for a potential virual graduation ceremony here

    Seniors, if you have not yet paid your Grad Fee, you can mail the $28 check or money order to school (PPHS-Attn: Terry Fiegel/Senior Grad Fee, 6305 118th Ave N, Largo, FL 33773, ). Payment will not be collected in person (so no cash payment). MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE SENIOR NAME ON THE MEMO LINE OF CHECK/MONEY ORDER.

    Digital Learning Information

    Students will use Microsoft Teams to view their classes. They will need to login to Clever, then click on the Office 365 icon, then click on Teams. 

    All students have access to Microsoft Office for free. Students can download and utilize Microsoft Office 365 through Clever or by clicking here

    Wireless internet is available for students through Spectrum by calling 1-844-488-8395. WIFI service will be free for at least 60 days for students, no connection or service fees.   • New Student Registration

    The process for families who have moved to Pinellas County or have a child transitioning into Pinellas County Schools and need to register their child for the current 2019-2020 school year.

    Initial enrollment for new students for the current 2019-2020 school year will be done electronically through the Student Assignment Office. 

    Parents will not need to physically go to a school nor district office to register at this time.

    • All initial registration will be completed electronically by the Student Assignment Office.
      • Parents can call Student Assignment with questions or to start the process between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm at 727-588-6210.
      • All processes will be electronic. Parents will need to send the following documents by email (studentassignment@pcsb.org) or FAX 727-588-5171.
            o Pinellas County School Registration Form. Link is below.
            o A copy of your child’s birth certificate should also be sent if at all possible.
      • When schools reopen, parents will need to go to the school with the rest of the paperwork and complete the registration process.
      • Families will be told to contact their school for next steps regarding class and/or course specific assignment.
