Principal Eiben's Announcements

  • Weekend Update 01/24/21

Hello, Carwise Middle School families.  This is Mr. Eiben, your principal, reaching out with just a few weekend updates.  I hope everyone is having a restful and relaxing weekend.

This week we will return to our normal routines with less testing.  On Wednesday we will have Bus Evacuation Drills in the morning.  Also, during 6th period we will have an Active Threat Drill.  Please talk to your child about the importance of taking these drills seriously.  Thank you!

Another reminder to our MyPCS families that we have your school pictures ready for pick-up in the front office.  Please stop by between 10AM and 3PM to pick them up.  Even if you didn’t order pictures, we have a packet with your student ID and a school picture proof.

Parents, please know that standard school lunches are free for all students through June.  Also, if you are interested in free home meals for children under 18 years of age, we do meal distribution every Thursday from 4:45 until 6:00PM in our car circle behind the school.  These meals include a week of breakfast, lunch, dinner, milk, juice, fruits, and vegetable.  These meals are first come, first served.

Also, parents please remember that if you are dropping off or picking up your child at school, you must use the car circle behind the school.  The front of the school is our visitor parking lot and bus loop.  For the safety of your child, please use the car circle.  Thank you!

Last, a few upcoming dates include Report Card distribution for 2nd quarter grades will be on Tuesday, February 2nd.  Also, picture re-takes will be on Thursday, February 4th.

Thank you again Carwise Middle School families for your continued support.  Together, as a team, we can make all of our students successful.  Please keep pushing your child to achieve.  Also, please help us teach them that failure is just one step in the learning process and a part of achieving success.

Thank you, take care everyone, and go Bucs!
