    Pinellas County’s newest International Baccalaureate World School!

     Mildred Helms Elementary has earned the distinction of being named an International Baccalaureate authorized World IB School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP). The recognition was given by the International Baccalaureate Organizations.  As an IB World School offering the PYP, Mildred Helms is part of a global community of schools committed to developing knowledgeable, caring young people who will be ready to negotiate their futures successfully and make contributions resulting in a more harmonious and peaceful world.

  • It is that time of year to learn about the 80 magnet, fundamental, and career programs Pinellas County has to offer. These programs will be showcased at four virtual choice fairs. The elementary fair is on Tuesday, October 27 from 6:30 P.M. -7:45. P.M. The general fair that features all of the district programs is on Saturday, November 7th from 9:00 A.M. - 10:15 A.M. In order to attend you MUST REGISTER for these virtual choice fairs.
