  • Northeast Exchange Club - Youth of the Month 

    Our Youth of the Year program recognizes several of our areas most outstanding youth who are high school seniors.  Monthly winners are selected from Northeast High School senior class.   Students must submit a completed application and resume to a screening committee for consideration of this award. 

    The selection is based on academics, leadership, school activities and community service.  A male and a female will be selected and recognized each month.

    The monthly winners are honored with a recognition luncheon at Carrabba’s, 1951 4th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704.  Students will be invited along with their parents to an Exchange luncheon to share their experiences and recognitions and then be provided a personalized certificate and a gift card.  Northeast Exchange will invite a student to be recognized the third Tuesday of each month through April unless changed on the school calendar. 

    At the conclusion of the school year, all the winners will have an opportunity to apply for the Youth of the Year Award.  Each student creates an essay on a topic furnished by the National Exchange Club along with additional criteria on school activities, grades and community involvement.  The winner is presented with a personalized certificate and a scholarship.  In addition, the winner will have an opportunity to compete as a senior for additional scholarship awards at the district, state and national levels.

  • Holocaust Reflection Contest:  The window to submit entries is from December 1, 2017 to January 21, 2018.  Students who wish to participate in this contest can click HERE for more information.  Students have an opportunity to win $1000.

  • Summer Drivers Education:  Registration for the 2018 Summer Driver's Educatin Camp will be done electronicaly this year.  The online registration forms will be available on the districts website from February 5, 2018 through February 12, 2018.  Students will be contacted during the week of February 19th regarding placement.  Please click HERE for a link to the district wesite page.

  • National Honor Society Service Project: Through our NHS School Chapter, Northeast High School is joining the fight against blood cancers and helping LLS fund research and care for patients.

    You can support our efforts by clicking this link, then “Support Our Effort”. Teachers who want to create a classroom donation page, select “Get Involved” and “Create A Classroom” to register.  Students may create their own donation site by clicking “Join Your School Team” and registering.  All donations will count toward our School Goal to help us Make Lymphoma and Leukemia Disappear! Remember, our campaign will end February 2, 2018.
