For Alumni of Northeast High School - Digital/Emailed Transcripts
To request Official Transcripts to be sent to an In-State University or College:
- Provide your Full Name
- University/College name
- Your University/College ID number
To request Official Transcripts to be sent to an Out of State University or College:
- Provide your Full Name
- University or College Name
- Your University/College ID number
- Admissions Office/campus postal address
- Admissions office email address
To request Transcripts to a Scholarship Provider:
- Provide your Full Name
- Scholarship Provider name
- Scholarship Provider contact name
- Scholarship email address

If you need a paper copy of a transcript to mailed or wish to pick up a hard copy of your transcript, please email Mrs. McGlynn to make an appointment. The cost for each paper transcript is $1.00, payable in cash, exact change only.
