First Time Home Buyer?
Help is available, in English and Spanish, to first time home buyers who use HFA's Home Key Mortgage Programs purchase a home. Visit the Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority (HFA). Access the Pinellas County First Time Home Buyers Inquiry Form.
Not a First Time Home Buyer?
Through the Target Area Loans, HFA offers higher income limits and purchase price limits for homebuyers who purchase a home in one of the HFA target areas.

The Purchase Assistance Program provides interest-free loans to first‑time homebuyers of new or existing single-family homes in St. Pete. The loan can help you with the down payment on your first home. Eligibility requirements apply. Learn more at www.stpete.org/PurchaseAssistance.
Homeowner who needs repairs?
The Housing Rehabilitation Assistance Program provides funding for St. Pete residents who need home repairs for code compliance, safety or accessibility.
