- The main phone number for the Pinellas County Schools payroll department is 727-588-6162.
- PCS employees may view their payroll and personnel information and in some cases update their own personal information from the PCS employee self service website
- Use the IRS W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate if you need to change your tax withholding. Fill in, print, sign and send the completed form to Payroll.
- Past employees may request a copy of their prior issued W-2 form(s) by sending a W-2 request form.
- Board policy 6480 (f) indicates that all PCS employees shall be paid by direct deposit. Employees must send a direct deposit authorization agreement for checking account or a direct deposit authorization agreement for savings account to the payroll department to add or change their direct deposit information. Employees who do not enroll in direct deposit to a bank of their choice will be issued a VISA payroll card. Get more information about the payroll card.
