2024 Summer Enrichment Camps Application Period Closed
The Summer Camp application window closed at midnight on February 25th. Families will be notified via email during the week of March 4th through March 8th if they have received a reserved seat in the camp(s) they requested. A second application period may open later in the spring if some camps still have available seats.

Arts and Music
3D Printing Art CampStudents entering 4th and 5th grade
Students will be learning and using various 3D modeling techniques to design and create art that will be 3D printed.
Digital Art Making CampStudents entering 4th and 5th grade
Students use digital media tools and the latest creation software to produce storyboard-based short, stop-motion animation and live action films.'
Ignite Arts CampStudents entering 7th through 9th grade
The Ignite Arts Camp is an exciting two-week program for Pinellas County Schools students.
Movie Making CampStudents entering 4th and 5th grade
Students will be introduced to the various stages of movie making and work with a group to create a film using live-action, traditional, or stop-motion animation techniques.
Movie Making Art Camp (3D Printing Edition)Students entering 6th through 9th grade
Students will be introduced to 3D modeling techniques to design and create their own puppet characters that will be 3D printed and star in their animations.
Mural Making CampStudents entering 5th through 9th grade
Students produce a collaborative mural painted on a Pinellas County School campus. They experience the public art process from idea generation to completion.
Pre-AP Visual Art Boot CampStudents entering 9th and 10th
Students participate in 2D, 3D, digital and photography projects, learn about Advanced Placement opportunities, and get exposure to community artists and organizations.
Visual Arts Camp - ElementaryStudents entering 4th and 5th grade
Elementary school students focus on producing artwork using mediums such as drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art.

Introduction to Journalism Boot CampStudents entering 6th through 12th grade
Students will engage in on the ground reporting, digital design, and photography while learning the impact that journalism has had as well as digital literacy skills necessary to faithfully participate in online discourse.
Writers CampStudents entering 1st through 3rd grade
The camp follows a consistent routine, introducing campers to a storytelling circle featuring oral prompts to tap into their memories.

Science Curiosity Camp - three one-week camps where students are introduced to new science concepts while also reviewing spiraled content from middle school science.
Summer of Science - ElementaryStudents entering 4th and 5th grade

Participants will experience the basics of hair coloring, hair tinsel, hair wrapping, blow-drying, and braiding.
Culinary Camp: BakingStudents entering 6th through 8th Grade
Students will learn basic baking skills and prepare cookies, pizzas, muffins, and crêpes.
Forensics and DNA CampStudents entering 7th through 10th Grade
Participants will learn how to scrutinize evidence, collect data, and solve mysteries using the same methods as real forensic professionals.
IT and Finance Academy CampStudents entering 9th grade

The Camp is for incoming IT and Finance Academy students attending Northeast High School.
Sports Medicine Boot CampStudents entering 7th through 12th grade
Participants will be certified in First Aid/CPR.
Additionally, they will learn proper lifting techniques and fitness-related concepts.
Young Entrepreneurs CampStudents entering 6th through 8th grade

The camp will inspire young community members to imagine business opportunities and learn strategies to implement business ideas.
