Change/Reset Password

  • Staff and Students

If you are a PCS staff member (including Charter Schools and PCS. Accounts) or a student, please use the links below to change your password from home or school using the Self-Service Password Reset.

    Register for self-service password reset

(You must first register your password if you have never used it or have previously registered for SSRPM. (SSRPM is for parents only now)

Registering for self-service will allow you to be able to reset, unlock and change your password on your own, from school or at home.
When you register, click the re-enter my password button and choose the Work or School account link. Enter your PCS username and password. You will be asked to configure your verification information by either authentication phone or personal email (do not use your PCS email account). Parents will need to help young children with this process. If students use this feature, it is vital that they know and can remember the new password. Otherwise, the teacher may have to reset it again at school. Watch Video on Self-Service set up

If you are a staff member and do not know your username, please call the TIS Help Desk at (727) 588-6060. Summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:30am to 5:30pm.

    Parents

Parents need to use Pinellas County Schools Self Service Reset Password Management (SSRPM)  to change or reset your password. To reset your password enter your username and choose PINELLAS from the Domain dropdown menu. Remember, the password you are resetting is the same password you need to login to the Student Reservation System (SRS) and Focus Student Information System.

If you are unable to change your password online or if you do not know your username or password you must visit your school to have your identity confirmed and password changed. Please bring your identification with you to the school.
