Application Support and Development

Application Support and Development (ASD) creates, maintains, and supports the server and workstation applications.
This group is divided into seven teams, each with its area of expertise. They include the Database team, Web Development team, Reporting Services team, State Survey and Data Compliance team, Business team, Data Services Team, and Focus Team.
FOCUS (Student Information System) and TERMS (HR and Finance systems) are two essential applications supported by ASD. However, ASD is responsible for many other applications, including ESS (Employee Self Service), SRS (Student Reservation System), the Creation of Data Solutions, and Extracts of Vendor Data, only to name a few.
