Enterprise Resource Planning Operations

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team is responsible for the procurement and implementation of a new enterprise software solution that will be used for all District financial, human resources and management operations. The new ERP solution will replace the District’s current TERMS system.
The team is directed by TIS and Finance and consists of seven core members plus eight additional cross-departmental subject matter experts. The team provides detailed analysis of current operational needs, scope recommendations, and guidance throughout the entire software procurement, conversation, and implementation phases.
