Senior Sakhia Jones signed today (5/18) with Webber International University to play girls college basketball for the Warriors. She was joined by her mom Patricia Hampton, Coach Necole Tunsil, and women’s basketball coach Grady Morrell.

“I’m excited to go to college and be successful,” Jones said

Along with her teammates, Tunsil and her mom are both extremely proud that she committed to a college to play basketball.

“I think it’s a great opportunity for Sakhia to further her education on a scholarship and to continue playing basketball,” Tunsil said. “As her coach, I wish her the best. I can’t wait four years from now to see her get her degree and walk across a bigger stage.
