I am the proud Principal of Lealman Innovation Academy. I am a graduate of the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!), Saint Leo University, and St. Petersburg College. My key educational philosophy is to ensure that all learners have every opportunity for academic, career, and personal success including voice and choice in how they learn.

Lealman Innovation Academy (LIA) is leading the way as an innovative school that is a place where all learners can be successful. Over the past 3 years we have undergone significant changes, reinvented ourselves, and emerged as a model school in Pinellas County Schools for personalized & project-based learning. LIA has a progressive innovative faculty, facility, and we are committed to creating a safe, supportive learning environment for all learners.

It is my distinct pleasure and honor to serve as Principal of Lealman Innovation Academy and to work with every parent, learner, and faculty member as we strive for 100% learner success. I am looking forward to the promise that this school year holds and know that together there is nothing we cannot overcome and nothing we cannot accomplish!
