ADULT HIGH SCHOOL

- The Adult High School provides a way for students to complete the needed requirements for their high school diploma.
- The State of Florida requires a student to complete either 18 or 24 credits to earn a diploma.
- The Adult High School offers students an opportunity to earn credits at their own pace with a flexible schedule.
- Clearwater Adult Education Center is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to issue standard high school diplomas.
There is a $45.00 per term tuition fee. There are two terms in a calendar year.Term 1: June - DecemberTerm 2: January - MayStudents can attend in person between 2:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. Monday-Thursday.Students may enroll at any time.Some work may be completed at home on a personal computer, but tests must be completed on campus in the presence of the teacher.Students must meet the same academic requirements as traditional daytime high school students, including:- 2.0 GPA
- Must pass the State of Florida required testing in reading and math
- Meet content requirements and elective requirements
