• principalPrincipal:

I’m Quinn Williams, and I'm excited to introduce myself as the Principal at Bardmoor Elementary School. I began teaching in 2000 and served as an Assistant Principal until 2016.  I then served as the Principal of Walsingham Elementary until 2024. I could not see myself doing anything more rewarding than working with children. As a mom, I truly believe it takes a village to raise a child. Parents, teachers, support staff, community, and administration all play an important role in helping our students meet and exceed expectations. At Bardmoor I am excited to become a part of a school that strives to provide our Bulldogs with rigorous and relevant learning experiences needed to be prepared for middle school and beyond. I look forward to getting to know your child and working with you to support his/her elementary experience.

    Parent Electronic Forms

Bulldog parents we need your help! As Pinellas County Schools continues to embrace electronic forms and processes, all parents are asked to log into their Focus account as soon as possible. There are electronic forms that must be acknowledged online for any student and parent to access their account and we want everyone ready to go prior to the start of school. Student teacher assignments will not be available until approximately August 3rd or later, but all students and parents are asked to login as soon as possible so that all accounts are active and accessible.

    APAssistant Principal:

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! My name is Anne Skinner, and it is my sincere honor to serve as the new assistant principal of Bardmoor Elementary, home of the Bulldogs. I am excited to be a part of this amazing school community made up of teachers, students, families, and administrators. I bring both a passion and knowledge for both general education and students with special needs. This school year, I am eager to contribute to this learning community by enriching the student experience as a whole and developing positive relationships and learning partnerships within the community.

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania before moving to Florida. This is my seventh year within Pinellas County. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a graduate degree in educational leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. I have served as a classroom teacher, title 1 facilitator, behavior specialist, MTSS coach, and administrative intern. I have enjoyed my work in all areas during my career in Pinellas County.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, concerns, or just want to share some good news about your child. Thank you for the opportunity to work closely with your child(ren) and help them reach their full potential. I am truly looking forward to seeing you all and working alongside you at Bardmoor this year!
