Ms. Ashley Grogan

I am absolutely thrilled to be part of the Jaguar Nation as Assistant Principal at Thurgood Marshall Fundamental School. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership from WGU, my journey in education has been both diverse and enriching.

After spending over a decade in the classroom, I transitioned into a role as a Reading Coach, where I was dedicated to fostering a love for literacy and guiding educators in creating impactful, real-world lessons. My experience spans teaching 3rd through 5th grades, developing small group ELA curricula for third grade, and leading district-wide training sessions. Each of these roles has deepened my commitment to creating engaging and practical learning experiences for students.

These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation and a clear vision for instructional leadership. I am eager to bring this background and enthusiasm to Thurgood Marshall Fundamental School and collaborate with our dedicated team to achieve new heights of excellence.
