  • If an app is not working properly, double-click the home button and swipe the app icon up to close it.
    If the iPad is having trouble connecting to the internet, turn the WiFi off, wait 10 seconds, turn the WiFi back on. If that doesn't work, go into Settings, General, scroll down to Reset, then select Reset Network Settings. A popup will come up, select Reset again and wait for the iPad to restart. Once it does, try reconnecting to the internet.
    If the iPad is having any other issues, try turning it off, waiting 60 seconds, then turn it back on.

  • Some students are seeing their apps pull off their iPads. This is a known issue and we are working with our Mobile Device Management company to find a solution.

  • For parents with children in grades KG, 1st and 2nd, please note that when placing either headphones into the headphone jack or the charger into the charging port, that the iPad cases can be difficult to navigate. Please be sure to take extra care when plugging/unplugging headphones and/or the charger. Do not remove the case.

  • Please do not update your students' iPads to the most current version of iOS software (10.0.1). We do not have approval yet.
