iPads may be updated to the most current version of iOS software (11.3.1).
If an app is not working properly, double-click the home button and swipe the app icon up to close it.If the iPad is having trouble connecting to the internet, turn the WiFi off, wait 10 seconds, turn the WiFi back on. If that doesn't work, go into Settings, General, scroll down to Reset, then select Reset Network Settings. A popup will come up, select Reset again and wait for the iPad to restart. Once it does, try reconnecting to the internet.If the iPad is having any other issues, try turning it off, waiting 60 seconds, then turn it back on.If issues persist, contact your child's teacher for further assistance.
