Aided Language Stimulation on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
Aided Language Stimulation is used to support Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) for students functioning at the early stages of communication or using forms of communication other than speaking or writing (Communication Matrix). Modeling on the student’s communication system allows the student to see someone else using the AAC system for expressive communication in a natural setting.
