Students are engaged in dynamic project- based lessons, interactive online activities and face-face lessons that encourage them to be critical thinkers. The Center for STEAM and Digital Learning provides a technology-rich environment with iPad and Dell devices for all students in grades K-5. Through the PCS Connects initiative, 3rd-5th grade students are encouraged to take their Dell laptops home to work on digital assignments, as well as STEAM design challenges on their Grade Level Makerspace Choice Board, to enhance their learning opportunities at home. Families play an important role in their children’s learning and the use of technology in the school and at home.
