    Sutherland's WSES News Crew is comprised of rotating teams of four students from intermediate grades. Students are recommended by their teachers based on positive work habits and behavior. Each team is responsible for preparing the daily news using television studio equipment. They learn public speaking skills, technology trouble-shooting, and teamwork.
