Dear Families of Oak Grove Middle School,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year. I am so excited to welcome back our scholars for another successful school year and celebrate our successes from the previous school year.

This year, we are implementing a few programs to ensure increased engagement, motivation and success of our scholars. Your child will take part in a targeted learning period that will allow them the opportunity to explore their personal interests and/or academic needs. We will begin our Dual Language program for those sixth grade scholars who have enrolled in our application program. Our 6th graders will be introduced to all electives to allow them to decide the path they are most interested in for the remainder of their middle school career. 

Our staff will work each day to fulfill our vision of 100% student success. We will provide high quality instruction in a caring and scholar-centered environment. Your child will receive the necessary resources and support to motivate, engage and promote their learning. 

I look forward to working collaboratively with the Golden Knight Community, Staff, and Scholars to make the 2024-2025 school year an amazing and productive year. Please ensure that your child is getting to school every day on time to set them up for success.
