    At Oldsmar Elementary, we believe that every student and staff member deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported—every single day. Our School Safety Officer (SSO), teachers, and counselors work together to ensure our campus is a place where everyone can learn, grow, and belong.

    Our Commitment to a Safe School Environment:
    1. Zero tolerance for bullying—both in person and online
    2. A trained SSO and staff who are present, visible, and ready to help
    3. Every report of bullying is taken seriously, investigated, and addressed promptly
    4. Students are encouraged to speak up—if you see something, say something
    5. Kindness, empathy, and respect are promoted through classroom lessons and daily interactions

    How Parents Can Help:
    1. Talk with your child about the importance of kindness and standing up for others
    2. Encourage your child to tell a trusted adult if they witness bullying
    3. Stay involved—check in on your child’s online activity and teach safe digital habits
    4. Celebrate acts of kindness at home, at school, and in the community
