• Boys Read Book Battle. The annual competition for elementary school boys in grades 3-5 uses teamwork and competition to pique boys’ interest in reading, crowning one school’s team as the district’s reading champion. 

    Each fall, 4th and 5th grade boys have the opportunity to compete in a school-based team competition by answering questions about award-winning books selected by the District.  The winning team from our school-based Boys Read contest will go on to represent our school at the District-wide Boys Read competition.
