    A little about the club: We compete in math competitions every spring, hold a middle school competition, and celebrate Pi Week schoolwide. We meet every other Friday in the Media Center.

  • Mu Alpha Theta is Lakewood High School's math club. Mu Alpha Theta is the only recognized honor society club besides National Honor Society. 
     
    The club is open to anyone in the school that meets the requirements of being in a class of Algebra 2 or higher and has an average grade of a 'B'.
     
     
    Lakewood is in the Area 4 district, which consists of Pinellas, Hillsbourough, and Manatee county schools.
