Welcome to Bauder Elementary School! 

I am proud to serve the Seminole and Bauder community as Principal for the 2024-2025 school year!  I look forward to meeting our students and families on campus and getting to know everyone. Working together through professional and respectful collaboration amongst our stakeholders: students, parents, staff, and community, we will ensure the academic, social, and emotional success of each of our Seahawks. I would like to share a bit about myself both personally and professionally. I am joining the Bauder Elementary School team with years of experience with Pinellas County Schools.  My professional background includes 13 years of school administration, five years of literacy coaching, and 12 years of teaching multiple grade levels – loving each one!  I earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida ~ Go Bulls!  When not at school, I enjoy our beautiful beaches, traveling, exploring, cooking, and spending every moment I can with family and friends.
