Mr. Christopher Wolford

Christopher Wolford, Assistant Principal

Christopher Wolford began his career in 2002 at Howard W. Blake High School as an English teacher.  Over the years, Mr. Wolford also taught Digital Arts and Reading and served as an assistant principal.  After moving to Pinellas County, Mr. Wolford was a literacy coach before being appointed as an assistant principal to Oak Grove Middle School, serving for seven years.  In March of 2022, Mr. Wolford was selected to be an assistant principal at Calvin Hunsinger School.  Mr. Wolford graduated from USF with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and is a proud USF Bull, and now an even prouder Dolphin.

Personal Message:

I am extremely excited about being the Assistant Principal of Calvin Hunsinger School.

Calvin Hunsinger School is an amazing facility centered on positive relationships, while focusing on individualized instruction and utililization of resources, for the purpose of maintaining high expectations of behavior and academics.  I am very excited to work with our students, faculty, staff, families, and other stake holders to ensure that our incredible students continue their growth toward their annual learning gains.
