• Alisha Reith – Alisha is an amazing volunteer liaison! She is so friendly when you arrive on campus and always has a great attitude. I love her positivity and her fantastic communication skills. She is always willing to go the extra mile in everything she does!
    • All OES Staff - I just wanted to say an extra thank you to all the teachers, faculty and volunteers getting the school and classrooms prepped for the new year. We know there is so much that goes into that!  The first two days were fantastic and we look forward to a great year!
    • Mrs. Ring - Prior to ever having my son in her class, Mrs. Ring went out of her way to learn his interests and find a way to make him feel welcome in her class on Day 1.
    • Mrs. Kirberger - My daughter does not like the fire drills due to the loud noise, Mrs Kirberger noticed this and made sure she was ok during and if needed had headphones for her to cover her ears with. It’s taking the time to notice the smallest things about her students that makes the biggest impacts! She brings out the best in all of Oldsmar students and staff!  I appreciate her time and effort to get both of my kids reading again after the summer break!
    • Mrs. Mazirow - Very engaged during open house and gives daily updates. Takes the time to know each student.  Mrs. Mazirow is a caring teacher, whose positive energy gives her students the courage/security to be the best they can be! Thank you for all you do 🫶🏻
    • Mrs. Manning and Mrs. Miller - They are amazing because they always take the time out to hug my little ones and always take the time out to answer all my questions. Looking forward to the years to come. They are AMAZING!!
    • Mrs. Anderson - For 18 months she was Barry’s teacher in PreK3. She did an exceptional job. Barry loved walking into her room everyday. He was always happy to be there and she was always happy to see him. She was amazing with him despite the challenges he presents.
    • Mrs. Barondick - Other than being so wonderful at teaching academically she is also compassionate. She showed empathy with my daughter who experienced her first loss during the sudden passing of our beloved dog. She went above and beyond by getting her books that she found helpful with her grieving process (as well as ours) and a very special remembrance bracelet that my daughter has been wearing everyday for months now. As a very concerned parents, we are very grateful that our daughter was shown so much love and support while grieving for the very first time. We will never forget her kind gesture.
    • Principal Logan - It has been such a nice experience for my family to have a principal who truly cares about the kids.  Principal Logan is at every event and genuinely cares about the kids and their families.  He is continually showcasing what the school is doing and keeps families updated daily on upcoming events.  Thank you Principal Logan for all you do!
    • Mrs. Benton - My daughter has Mrs. Benton for her homeroom teacher and she could not possibly love her more than she already does. She absolutely loves going to school just so she can give her teacher a hug. During school breaks and weekends, my daughter wants to make sure she gets an extra few seconds after the bell rings for a final goodbye. When she is feeling sad, Mrs. Benton will take her own time to talk to her and make her feel extra special. We are so very lucky to have such an encouraging, incredible person teaching our daughter.
    • Mrs. Boone - I wanted to recognize Mrs. Boone! She sets expectations for the students while also being compassionate and caring! She is very supportive in any way, as well as effectively communicating what my child needs and does well!  Mrs. Boone continues to give my son an amazing 1st grade, and he enjoys going to school. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has does and continues to do! Thank you Mrs. Boone!

    • Mrs. Vallar - I had the pleasure of being on the same bus with Mrs. Vallar for the Tallahassee field trip. We had a lot of stops that required her to get a headcount each time we got back on the bus. She always knew where the students were and made sure all of them were accounted for. One of the students wasn’t feeling well, so she made sure they were taken care of. In addition, she encouraged the students to have fun!! Because of her, the stops went smoothly, and we were able to have the trip of a lifetime!!! She is dedicated and caring. Oldsmar Elementary is lucky to have her!!!!
