MYP Sports Offered:

• Fall:  Volleyball and Cross Country
• Winter:  Basketball and Cheerleading
• Spring: Track & Field and Flag Football

Requirements to Participate:

- Must maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher.

- Completed Middle School Participation Form

- Updated Physical Evaluation Form less than a year old; completed by a physician

- School Sports Insurance (purchase online, there is a $4 and a $7 option)

Please return the participation form and physical form to the front office or team coach.

When the sport insurance is purchased, it will be automatically updated in the school insurance database.

- Transportation:  parents are responsible for getting students to and from sporting events
