Welcome to Bay Point Middle School, home of the Falcons! My name is Dr. Cameshia Ware and with great excitement I would like to introduce myself to you as the principal of Bay Point Middle School! It is a pleasure and honor to serve a school community of great teachers, staff, scholars and families. I am a dedicated educator who served scholars of Pinellas County, Florida since 2009.  My experience includes working in Traditional, Title 1, Transformation Zone Schools, and with Magnet Programs. My leadership experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal at Azalea Middle school for several years. Additionally, I have worked as an Instructional Staff Developer, a School Counselor, and Classroom. It brings me great pleasure to be a part of the Bay Point Middle School community.

As Principal, I bring to this position my love for scholars and their success, enthusiasm, hope, and high expectations for student learning. I believe in the power of knowledge and understand the ways in which education can open doors for scholars to accomplish their aspirations and goals. Bay Point Middle School has the BEST equipped faculty and staff to help your scholar(s) on their academic journey. We are a diverse learning community who believes in making decisions based on the best interest of scholars, engaging in professional development, maintaining high expectations for learning, fostering collaboration, and helping scholars unlock their potential to achieve academic excellence.
