Jeffrey Larson

Mr. Jeff Larson earned a master’s degree in Education, a bachelor’s degree in Education and Secondary Social Studies and a 6-year degree and certification in Educational Leadership and Executive Leadership all from the University of Connecticut. He began his career in Pinellas County as an Assistant Principal at Palm Harbor University High School in 2022. His background also includes serving as a Principal (2015-2022), an Assistant Principal (2012-2015), Athletic Director (2010-2012), and a Classroom Teacher (2005-2012) in Connecticut. Mr. Larson is committed to making Pinellas Park the best it can possibly be. He wants every student to feel that Pinellas Park is their home and a place they can always count on and return to.

Kelly Flannery
Assistant Principal

Ms. Flannery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science in Ocean Ecology and Biogeochemistry from Oregon State University, and a Master in Education in Educational Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has served as a classroom science teacher at Azalea Middle School and Dunedin Highland Middle School, then as an Instructional Staff Developer supporting Dunedin Highland Middle School in School Climate and Multi-tiered Systems of Support. She is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where all students can thrive. Ms. Flannery is incredibly proud to be a member of the Patriot school community and looks forward to supporting students, staff, and families as they continue to grow, achieve, and make meaningful memories together.

Andrea Goode
Assistant Principal, First Responders Coordinator

Andrea Goode is the Assistant Principal/Program Director for the First Responders Program. Ms. Goode earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida and a bachelor’s degree in General Business Administration and Marketing and Management from the University of South Florida. Prior to her move to Pinellas Park High School she began her career in Pinellas County as a Classroom Teacher at Boca Ciega High School where she taught Advanced Placement Computer Science Principals and the AVID elective courses from 2006 to 2024. She sat as the AVID Coordinator (2023-2024) and successfully supported her school through processes of earning the prestigious National Demonstration Status. Her background also includes serving as a Partnership Manager with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County (2005-2006).
Ms. Goode is dedicated to students and aims to build strong, positive relationships with every student at Pinellas Park High School. She is proud to be part of a school that strives to provide students with rigorous and relevant learning experiences needed to prepare them for college, careers and beyond. She is excited to build the First Responders program and help build a culture of Patriot Pride.

Paul Peppers

Paul Peppers is the Assistant Principal in charge of curriculum. He is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in English Education. He received his Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. Before his promotion to Assistant Principal at Pinellas Park High School, Mr. Peppers taught Language Arts at Dunedin High School for 9 years.

Lincoln Yates
Assistant Principal, Athletics Coordinator

Lincoln Yates is a Pinellas County Schools graduate who attended St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida, earning a bachelor's degree in literature and a master's degree in educational leadership. He spent the first twelve years of his career as an English and Reading teacher, and the nine years prior to coming to PPHS as an assistant principal. His hobbies include traveling throughout the United States and Canada. He loves spending time in nature and exploring hiking trails, and enjoys playing the guitar, volunteering at his church, and spending time with his family.
