Bright Ideas Youth Development
The Bright Ideas Youth Development Program promotes school readiness and success through structured activities that improve the academic skills of children and youth.
Bright Ideas After School features homework assistance, tutoring, technology classes and fun activities to improve reading, math, and science skills. It also addresses social development needs through problem solving and team building. The program operates at the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center and Oldsmar Elementary School.
Bright Ideas Summer Camps focus on eliminating learning loss by involving participants in fun math, reading and science projects. The camp includes outdoor play, water fun, arts and crafts and at least one field trip. The summer camps have locations in Safety Harbor and Oldsmar. We especially want to thank Pinellas Community Foundation for its support through operating grants for this program.
