I am excited for another great year at Walsingham Elementary. I began teaching in 2000 and served as an Assistant Principal until 2016. I could not see myself doing anything more rewarding than working with children. As a mom, I truly believe it takes a village to raise a child. Parents, teachers, support staff, community, and administration all play an important role in helping our students meet and exceed expectations. At Walsingham I am proud to be a part of a school that strives to provide our Wildcats with rigorous and relevant learning experiences needed to be prepared for middle school and beyond.I look forward to getting to know your child and working with you to support his/her elementary experience.
Quinn Williams, Principal
Hello Wildcat families! My name is Meghan Massie, and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal of Walsingham Elementary. I am a proud product of Pinellas County schools. I graduated from St. Petersburg College with my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a graduate degree in educational leadership from the University of South Florida, St. Pete. Throughout my career in education as a classroom teacher, ESOL coordinator and curriculum specialist, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the power of learning.
This school year, I am eager to develop positive relationships and believe that a strong partnership between parents, scholars and educators is essential to help our Wildcats reach new heights. I am dedicated to enhancing the student experience and helping all scholars discover their own love of learning and school.
I welcome the opportunity to meet you and look forward to the growth of our Wildcat scholars!
