Assistant Principal: Mr. Daniel Lennox
Greeting Panthers!
I am proud and excited to be nurturing tomorrow’s leaders today here at Highland Lakes Elementary! Fun fact – I am living a “full circle” experience as I was a classroom teacher intern at Highland Lakes in the fall of 2002. I have served as an educator with Pinellas County Schools for over 20 years, and I continue to grow through learning experiences with colleagues, students and families.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from USF (Go Bulls!) and my master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. My wife (also a Pinellas County educator) and I raised our children here in Palm Harbor, where they attended Pinellas County Schools. We love where we live!
I am passionate about ensuring that all students have the opportunity to grow and learn in a safe and challenging environment. I truly believe that leadership and creativity exist within each child and the job of educators and families is to support students in discovering and reaching their potential.
I look forward to building partnerships with all stakeholders and supporting the Highland Lakes family as we all Empower Leadership!
Sincerely,
Daniel Lennox | Assistant Principal
