Exceptional Student Education (ESE):
The ESE Department works toward assuring the academic, social and emotional success of each student receiving ESE services.
To the greatest extent possible ESE students receive instruction alongside their peers within general education curriculum courses. Supports and accommodations are provided to ESE students as needed to assist in maintaining their progress and success in all areas.
Each ESE student’s program design and placement is based on the specific needed services outlined in the student’s Individual Educational Plan. These services are monitored by the student’s assigned case manager who is responsible for assuring the child is progressing in all areas and offering support and guidance to the student and their family as needed.
