Daisy Mailhot, DNP, APRN, FNP-C: Dr. Daisy Mailhot is the Largo High School Clinic provider. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2014. Nurse practitioners are clinicians that blend expertise in diagnosing and treating health conditions with an added emphasis on disease prevention and health management. Nurse practitioners emphasize on the health and well-being of the whole person, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention and health education and counseling. Dr. Mailhot received her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tampa and her Doctorate from the University of South Florida.
