Meadowlawn Middle School is proud to partner with the surrounding community to support our students! Partnerships are developed to provide support services, and opportunities to improve student learning, stronger families, and healtheir communities.

Partners often contribute money, manpower, and or materials to the school We have many opportunities available for you to become a Partner in Education! There are several options for you to support our students:

Banner Partnership with Meadowlawn

We are looking for business partners to support our school. As a business partner, our school will promote your business with various levels of advertisement and sponsorship recognition as listed below. Your generous support to Meadowlawn Middle School will help us provide the best possible experience for our students.

• Become a Silver Business Partner with a donation of $100
  • Your business will be featured in our weekly updates for 1 month.
  • Your company name will also be listed on our school website as business partner.
• Become a Gold Business Partner with a donation of $200
  • We will advertise your business name on our weekly updates for 3 months.
  • Your company name will also be listed on our school website as a business partner.
  • We will advertise your business name on the school marquee for 1 month.
• Become a Platinum Business Partner with a donation of $300
  • Your business’ banner will be displayed in a highly visible area along our fence line. The banner will be visible to the cars picking up and dropping off daily.
  • If you’d like for us to provide you with a banner that will be an additional cost
  • Your company name will also be listed on our school website as a business partner.  
  • We will advertise your business name on our weekly updates for 3 months.
  • We will advertise your business name on the school marquee for 2 months.

Donations for Meadowlawn

Materials are needed to encourage and support our students. For example, incentives for students for achievement, good behavior, and attendance. The donation of equipment or materials for use in the classroom or school, including basic school supplies, is always welcome. 
Other items besides basic supplies:

• Backpacks
• Uniforms: pants/tops
• Shoes

Students learn that community members care about their academic achievement. They also develop increased self-confidence and receive important encouragement to stay in school, seek training after high school and secure employment after graduation.

**Adopt-a-Class Form
100% of the money goes directly to the class being sponsored to purchase items that will enhance learning opportunities (i.e. computer software, books, math, materials, supplies, and at times to supplement class field
trips, etc.). Any individual, family, or business can be an Adopt-a-Class Sponsor. A full adoption is $100, however any amount is accepted and applied to the classroom or program of choice. PE, music, art, media, and other staff members who enhance the development of our children can be sponsored as well.

Staff Appreciation

Sponsors that are able to provide special treats, gift certificates, appreciation breakfasts or lunches for our staff are appreciated. These are wonderful ways to show support for our school staff!
