Hello! My name is Laura Snare and I feel blessed to be a part of such a phenomenal school. Born and raised in Florida, I am a product of Pinellas County Schools and the Fundamental program. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Elementary Education. After teaching for 3 years, I returned to USF to earn my Masters Degree in Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy. I am thankful to have been a part of the Tarpon Fundamental family for 18 years and in education with Pinellas County for 23 years.

As the counselor, I enjoy being able to work with kids individually, in small groups and in classroom settings. I am passionate about the care and well-being of children and find joy working with them each and every day.

I enjoy living in Tarpon Springs with my husband, our 3 boys and Golden Retriever...all of whom bring joy to my every day. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, running, football (Go Bucs!), hockey (Go Bolts!), theatre and church activities.
