OUR INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE JOURNEY
-
Safety Harbor Middle School is on its journey to become a community of International Baccalaureate students and teachers who encompass the belief that education can be delivered with the whole child in mind. Our international studies framework includes advanced and rigorous coursework, while fostering effective listening, problem solving, personal reflection, responsibility and ethical decision-making. Teachers use an inquiry-based approach to cultivate authentic student engagement in relevant and meaningful ways. School culture supports cultural understanding, global awareness, and the need for service in our communities.
Our transformation to becoming an IB World school is a multi-year process. Stay tuned for all of the changes coming to our campus.
