Ms. Pam Barrett
Hello! My name is Pam Barrett, and it is with great enthusiasm that I join the fourth-grade team here at Tarpon Springs Fundamental. I started my teaching career at TSFES with a full-time internship in second grade and returned years later as a long-term substitute in kindergarten. While beginning my career in Pinellas County schools, I have worked in the private-school sector for the last 11 years as both a third grade and middle school Language Arts teacher. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from USF. Teaching was a second career for me as I started in broadcast news, but through my volunteer work, I developed a passion for education and working with children. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, visiting Florida’s beaches and theme parks, and traveling.

Ms. Summer Renedo
Hello, my name is Summer Renedo and I'm honored to be a fourth-grade teacher here at Tarpon Fundamental Elementary School. I am a graduate from the University of Florida earning a Bachelors in Elementary Education. In addition, I've earned my Masters in Elementary Education with a specialization in reading and literacy also from the University of Florida. I have been teaching for 24 years, 6 of which were spent teaching grades 3-5 in Pasco County.
In my spare time I enjoy working on home improvement projects, cooking, watching college football (Go Gators!), and spending time with my family and twin boys. Changing students' lives every day and making learning fun and memorable is my passion, and I wouldn't change it for the world. I am blessed to be a part of this amazing school and am looking forward to another great year here at Tarpon Fundamental!
