"The high school students qualified for the scholarship program by taking the 2022 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®). 

To become finalists, semifinalists must be endorsed and recommended by a high school official and submit a detailed scholarship application with information about the student's academic record, participation in school and community activities, demonstrated leadership abilities and employment. Candidates must also earn SAT® or ACT® scores that confirm the student’s earlier performance on the qualifying test" (PCSB.org)
