Largo High School

As a fundamental part of our program, career shadowing is an opportunity for our students to explore various options for careers they may be interested in after they finish with us here at Largo High School. 

All our students should intentionally look for a place to shadow that gives them an experience that helps them better make decisions about their career goals. Studies show that nearly half of students in our country who complete college enter a career they turn out to not like.

Our goal is that EVERY ExCEL student has a clear idea of their future before leaving us and avoids this critical mistake. 

Please be sure to review the Career Shadowing Contract with them, then sign and have your child return it to their AVID teacher.
