Mrs. Sara Broom, Principal
Mrs. Sara Broom has been a part of Pinellas County Schools for over 20 years. Before joining us, she taught 6th grade science and served as magnet coordinator for Thurgood Marshall’s Center for Gifted studies. Mrs. Broom is a graduate of Wittenberg University and the University of South Florida. Mrs. Broom has a passion for our magnet program and the positive impact that it can have on a student’s overall learning possibilities. She loves working with our dedicated staff so that our magnet program is a standout, both in student performance and community involvement.Mrs. Dawn Lewis, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Dawn Lewis has been an educator in Pinellas County Schools for approximately 13 years. Her educational background includes a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from St. Petersburg College and Masters degrees from University of South Florida in both Reading Education and Educational Leadership .She is committed to forming positive relationships, encouraging students to be their best, and collaborating with staff to maintain a safe and caring culture focused on academic excellence. Mrs. Lewis is ecstatic about being a part of the Bay Point Elementary family .
