Mr. Hunter received his degree from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama.  He has been teaching since 2002 and joined the Osceola Middle School staff in 2020.  Mr. Hunter teaches 7th grade Health Education.

His philosopy is "We are all here to save a life be it ours or someone else's."

Mr. Hunter won the 1994 State Championship title as a baseball player.

Mr. Hunter has been a coach for 19 years to include high school football, baseball, track and basketball as an assistant coach and head coach for the girls team for 3 years.  Coach Hunter also was a middle school head football coach and girls basketball coach.  He really enjoys being a positive influence for the scholars.
