Composites Technician 1 - Course ETI0462 (300 Hours) - Content includes demonstrating an understanding of composites; workplace safety and organization; the ability to read and interpret prints and part drawings; methodologies of quality assurance and quality control concepts; and, an understanding of foreign object debris (FOD) and compliance.Composites Technician 2 - Course ETI0463 (300 Hours) - Content includes the importance and use of measurement tools, instruments, and testing devices; demonstrating learned composite processes; principles of tooling and molds; performance of precision assembly; and, performance of final inspection and comparing finished product to specified standard.

Basic Skills Exit Requirement for Program Completion: Student's competency in computation (mathematics) and communication (reading/language arts) is assessed; required basic skills grade levels are: Computation - 9 and Communication - 9.
